Using the
guidelines of the ISO 9001:2008 standards, our quality system has given
us the ability to increase the quality of our products and services
while maintaining our unique organizational structure. Further, in
order to achieve high standards in our products, we have developed
total quality management system in our entire production process. This
process gives us the ability to ensure quality at every stage of
production process including procurement till the final dispatch of
products.
Conducting
various tests, our standard quality system has helped us in maintaining
accurate dimensions and workmanship to ensure best quality in our
metals and other related products.
Modern
Infrastructure
Being an
eminent player in our domain, we have invested on an elaborate
infrastructural set up. A brief of our units is given below.
- Unit I- Located
at Durg, our plant has the capacity to produce 4,000 tons of
De-oxidation/Desulphurisation products per annum on a single shift
basis. The capacity, however, is expected to be increased to over
12,000 tonnes per annum with the addition of certain facilities. Our
plant is capable of manufacturing numerous types of desulphurising
compounds based on calcium, aluminium and /or magnesium. Well equipped
with latest controls and instrumentation systems, it assures 100% safe
and continuous operation of the products.
- Unit II – we
initiated production of ferro alloy through alumino- thermic process.
We established production process in collaboration with Bhabha Atomic
Research Centre by mid-2004. The quality of our products is approved by
many reputed alloy steel manufacturing companies in India.
